My name is Erin Brenner and I live here in Boiling Springs. I have 5 children: Maggie, Jack, Eliza, Paislee, and Cameron. I am married to Mr. Brenner, who teaches high school history classes, along with coaching multiple sports. Reading, riding my bike, and spending time with my family are just a few things I love to do in my free time.
I teach Reading, English, and Social Studies at Yellow Breeches Middle School. Previously, I taught 1st grade at Rice Elementary.
My love of school began years ago at R.B Walter Elementary school in Mr. Frontino's 5th grade classroom. When I experienced his love of education, students, and life in general, I knew teaching was the career for me.
That school year prompted my eventual journey to pursue a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education. I attended Misericordia University, formerly known as College Misericordia, and graduated in 2004. I was hired here in South Middleton School District in 2005 to teach 1st grade. W.G. Rice Elementary is where I called "home" until the 2016 - 2017 school year. I then began my adventure at Yellow Breeches Middle School in 6th grade, teaching ELA and Social Studies.
